Galileo Pakistan and Malaysian Airlines Conduct Joint Training Session on Group Booking in Karachi
Galileo Pakistan in collaboration with Malaysian Airlines, held a training workshop for travel agents for making group reservations on MH using Galileo reservation system. The session was attended by over 40 top performing Galileo and Malaysian airlines travel agents in Karachi.
The objective of the workshop was to jointly update travel agents about group booking procedures and to provide awareness on enhancement in this procedure, now agents can directly book MH group on Galileo system and can also view PNR at airline end. Moreover, the workshop acted as an opportunity to bring all Galileo-Malaysian airlines customers in Karachi at one platform.
Mr. Wasi Ahmed Siddiqui, Head of Vendor Support - Galileo Pakistan and Mr. Khurram Sadiq, Sales Manager Pakistan-Malaysian Airlines welcomed the guests from travel trade community. Other members present at the event included:

Mr. Ehtisham Ali gave a comprehensive presentation on Galileo’s travel solutions whereas Mr. Saif-ud-din gave Malaysian product information. Quiz Activity on Group booking was arranged and agents with corrected answers were given fabulous gift hampers by Galileo, followed by group photo session and refreshment.
