Customer Services Executive (HelpDesk)
Gender: Male/Female
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience: 1 year (Preferably in Travel Trade)
Job Description:
Customer support executive required for handling customer calls and to provide timely support to their queries
- Must have Knowledge in reservation, ticketing and fares related entries
- Log all help desk interactions / Prepare activity report
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Follow standard help desk procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good knowledge of Airline ticketing / reservation / fares
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relations within and outside organization
