Refund as per Market Requirements for its customers


Galileo Pakistan implements Enhanced automated refund process in-collaboration with IATA BSP (billing and settlement plan) to facilitate all Galileo connected travel agencies and streamline their operations. 


With automated refund now travel agents can send auto-refund request direct to carriers as per individual carrier requirement and Galileo automatically updates ETR image. All automated refund participating and non-participating carriers work parallel in auto refund result in increase in efficiency, accuracy and overcome lengthy manual refund process, it also helps travel agents to reconcile their accounting effectively.
