Once again, Galileo Pakistan has successfully launched its automation software named as Galileo Automation Software, aimed at providing ease and excellence to the work of its employees.

Description of Application:
Galileo Automation Software has been designed as a web application accessible to all offices of Galileo Pakistan. Galileo has automated its business through this application. Galileo Automation Software has customized regional and role based data privileges along with standard security methods.

Master Setup: This module is being used for managing Galileo’s employee records and their logins. This module also holds departments information following with employee designations, shifts and holiday setup and information of Galileo Offices including cities, areas, market and zone. This module also contains information of other competitors of Galileo. In this module you can add/edit/delete the information of Items, Products and Problems.
Sales & Support: This module automates the core business of Galileo. In this module user can add/edit/delete agency information, agency properties and business group. You can also perform agency related activities like cutover request, PCC, GC assignment, hardware policy, signon, GTID, target assignment of the SPO. SPO can also log his sales visit, can view sales visit report, market report and competitor activity report. There is one more sub module which is Incentive Designer. You can design different incentive schemes for the travel agents, through this module.
Help Desk: This is yet another important module of this application. We have simulated the issue calls through this system. User can log issues according to the types of problems. These calls can be further transferred to different users of different departments depending upon the problem type. Managers can view issues / problem reports including pie charts and graphs. Reports are available in both detailed and summary view.
Event & Training: By using this module user can add/edit/delete event types which include event requisition, requisition approval and Invitation for the event. Training sessions and exams can also be managed through this module. Different question banks can be set for the level of exams. Test user login can also be created for appearing in exam through this module. Exam marking system is also associated in it and at the end of exam or training; certificates are also generated with the company’s header. Managers can also view Event and Exam reports.
Procurement: This is an inventory module. User can request for hardware/office goods etc. Approval is also mandatory for requisition. User can also generate computerized purchase order. Goods’ details are stored in inventory by serial no. , Gate Pass, Item Delivery Note, and Item Discard Note are also generated through this module with company logo. Item can be fully tracked by this system.
Configurator: This is an uploading module. Segments files and data files are uploaded through this module
Security: This system defines the roles of a user to use the application. Security system works through assigned rights. Galileo Automation Software is highly integrated with all security measures. Security hierarchy works in different manners like city, region, area and agency. Data privileges can also be copied from one user to another user. Customized reports are also generated through this module like page usage report and login details report.
Productivity: This module is integrated with the Sales Module and it contains only those reports that are related to the segment activity. Detailed and summary reports are generated in this module. SPO can view only his agencies’ targets and the managers can view the reports user wise, city wise and region wise.
